This home can only accommodate a maximum of 3 people due to the septic system. Yard care is provided but tenants are responsible for weeding the planter areas around the house. First and last month's rent and a $1,250 security deposit are required upfront. One cat or small dog is possible on a case-by-case basis with additional $500 deposit and $25 per month in pet rent. We are looking for responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least $3,750 per month.
