Prospective Tenants

We use a professional screening company for all rental applications and there will be a screening fee required with all applications. Every adult applicant must be screened and meet our criteria to occupy one of our properties. Applicants must pass Equifax’s check screening or application will be denied. Some of our properties require first and last month rent and a performance deposit.

“Approved house pet” means 25# or less and approved by Action Property Management.

All of our properties are smoke free and are on leases, usually one year, some may be less. All properties that accept approved pets require an additional fee and deposit.

We lease our properties on a first come, first served basis. No property will be considered reserved until a completed application and admittance policy document have been submitted, accepted and approved by Action Property Management. Once notified that your screening is complete and meets our standards, you will have 48 hours to execute a pre-lease agreement along with a $500 holding fee. If you fail to meet this time limit, you will no longer be considered to be in first position for the property. The $500 will be applied to security deposit at the signing of the lease. If the lease is not executed fee will be forfeited.
