The tenant has full access to the 1,324 square foot downstairs apartment. This includes a living room, dining area, full kitchen, full bathroom, large bedroom with lots of closet space, and a second den/office. The tenant enters and exits the apartment through the locking sliding glass door at the back of the house. The property owners live upstairs. There is an insulated, locked door that separates the up and downstairs so the tenant has privacy. There is a shared laundry room. The tenant has access through a locking door. The tenant and owner will coordinate a weekly washing schedule. All utilities are included in the rental price including water, sewer, electricity, garbage, tv/internet, and yard care. One small dog or cat is possible on a case by case basis with additional deposit. First and last month's rent and a $1,300 security deposit are required upfront. We are looking for responsible, non-smoking/vaping, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of around $3,000 per month.
