Very nice 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom home, very close to the YMCA and Webster Park. This home was recently completely remodeled with new laminate flooring throughout, new interior paint, and a new bathroom and kitchen. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer provided. The back yard has grass and is fully fenced. There is outside parking either on the street out front or in the back accessed through the alley.
