This bedroom also has a door going out to the deck. There's a 2 car garage with electric opener and space for storage. Rent includes sewer/septic, grass mowing, and shrub/tree maintenance. Tenants are responsible for electricity, water, garbage, TV/internet, propane, and weeding the planter and rock areas. First and last month's rent, a $2,100 security deposit and $400 cleaning fee are required upfront. Pets are possible with additional $500 security deposit and $25 per month in pet rent per pet. We are looking for responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least $7,000 per month.
