Property Description

This brand new manufactured home has 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen has all new appliances and includes a pantry next to the refrigerator. There's a laundry room with washer and dryer hookups (bring your own units). The master bedroom includes a large closet. There are two bedrooms on the other end of the house that share a full bathroom. This home sits on a half acre in a quiet country setting in Diamond Point. There is no garage but there is a shed in the back yard and plenty of driveway parking. Sewer/septic is included in the rent but the tenant is responsible for all other utilities including water, electricity, and garbage. Tenants are also responsible for yard care, so please be sure you have your own equipment and time to keep the grass and weeds under control, or be willing to pay someone to do it on your behalf. High-speed Starlink internet is the only available option at the property- the tenant is responsible for purchasing and installing the equipment, if desired. Sorry, pets are not possible at this home. First and last month's rent and a $1,600 security deposit and $250 non-refundable move-out carpet cleaning fee are required. We are looking for responsible, long-term tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history and verified monthly income of at least three times the rental price per month.
