High-speed internet is available. Septic/sewer is included in the rent but tenants pay electricity, water, garbage, and tv/internet if desired. Tenants are also responsible for trimming shrubs and weeding the gravel and planter areas, so please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the yard looking good at all times, or be willing to pay a landscaper to do it for you.
